Chapter 2
On the rest of the training mission in the Joon-Kim, Ryas and Ariana were nearly inseparable when they were off duty. It was the same way with Treanka, Terena and Gator. Their relationship was unconventional but it worked for them and they were all happy.
When the Joon-Kim returned to dock Ariana was schedule to meet with her new Captain. They met in one of the temporary offices at the station. The big man rose from the desk and smiled broadly as he greeted Ariana.
He said “Please sit down. I am Captain Camm. It is good to finally meet you in person.”
Ariana sat and said “Thank you sir. It’s good to meet you too.”
Camm said “What we will plan to do is to take the Firefly out for a short trip just so that you can get used to the ship before we go on our first mission. We will go on one jump to a nearby star system and fly around there for some practice and then head back here. We would be gone for two days. I would like for us to head out tomorrow. Is that all right for you?”
Ariana said “Yes sir that would be good.”
Camm smiled broadly and said “Excellent. Would you like to go see the Firefly now?”
Ariana found the big man’s smile to be infectious and she smiled too and said “Yes sir. I would like that very much.”
They walked across the station over to the docking area where the Firefly was located and walked aboard. They first went to her quarters and Camm showed where she would stow her gear. He pointed out his cabin that was next to hers. They went aft to the kitchen area and the cargo bay. He mentioned the Holocenter that was between the kitchen and the cargo bay. Then they went forward to the bridge. He pointed out the two seats on the bridge. His command chair was adorned with more controls than her pilot chair
Then they went back to the kitchen and they both got some water. Camm asked “Any questions so far?”
Ariana drank some water and said “I have heard that the Scout missions can be quite long. How will we typically arrange our schedule?”
Camm said “That’s a good question Pilot. We normally arrange our schedule in six hour shifts. We may overlap our shifts some so the times are not fixed. We will both be in the bridge for the FTL jumps. If we are in a quiet area of space during a regeneration cycle we can have some down time and relax a bit. So we will stay flexible. What do you think?”
Ariana said “It sounds like a good schedule. I do not usually sleep too long, so a six hour sleep schedule should be good. If I need to catch up, I could take a nap during the next off duty shift.”
Camm said “That’s a good plan.” Then he added “Your quarters have the female pleasure center installed. Please do not be embarrassed to use it as often as you need.”
Ariana’s cheeks were a little flushed as she said “Yes sir.”
Camm added “Also make sure to install any of your personal favorite programs for the Holocenter and your pleasure center. The number of golf programs I have installed in the Holocenter is laughably extensive. We will be on several very long missions. If Scout Command didn’t think they were needed they wouldn’t be standard equipment on all our ships.”
Ariana’s cheeks were even redder now as she said “Yes sir” again.
Camm then asked “Any other questions Pilot?”
Ariana said “Thank you, but not right now, Captain.”
They left on their short mission the next day and they made one jump that took them to a nearby star system that was uninhabited except for a small Terran station. Ariana practiced taking the Firefly around the different planets and docking with the space station.
That took several hours and after they finished the practice tour of the system, Ariana took the Firefly back out of the system towards the standard jump point location. Camm said “Excellent flying Pilot. I am very impressed. Let me show you how to run the scans and look for any anomalies that might appear.”
They verified that the scans were clear and Camm said “I will take the first shift. Relieve me in 6 hours.”
Ariana said “Yes sir” and left the bridge. She went to her cabin, took off her uniform and cleaned up in the shower. She put on her pajama shorts and got in bed and tried to sleep. She gave up trying to sleep after about half an hour. She was too excited about being on the ship and getting ready for her first mission.
Ariana got out her portable console and brought up the instructions for the pleasure center. She went to the desk and retrieved the remote sensors and put them on her temples. She went into the bathroom and activated the pleasure center. It slid out from the wall and three dildos popped out of it. Her eyes got wide looking the size of the middle one.
She consulted the instructions and retracted the long thin one in back and reduced the size of the other two. Then she started a program that simulated a wooded forest. She slid off her pajama shorts and moved over to straddle the pleasure center and gently moved down so the dildo moved inside her. She reached down to the side and activated the movement and vibrations.
Ariana let out a gasp as the vibrator in front moved in and started to massage her clit and the other one began to slowly move in and out. She leaned forward onto the device and admired the forest scenery and felt the humidity surround her body. She tried to imagine that she was straddling Ryas as she moved her hips in rhythm with the pulsing vibrators. As she moved her hips faster on the pleasure center she reached down and increased the speed of the vibrations too.
After a few more minutes she was panting deeply as an orgasm pulsed through her body. She finally reached down and turned off the vibrators and they both retracted from her body back into the pleasure center. She reached over to the wall and turned on the warm water and let it splash over her body.
Ariana got up off of the pleasure center relaxed and satisfied. She turned it off and set it to clean. She dried herself off again and grabbed her pajama shorts. She slipped back under the covers and quickly fell asleep this time.
Ariana woke up a few hours later to the sound of her alarm beeping. She quickly cleaned up and put on her blue pilot’s uniform. She went to the bridge and said “Good morning Captain. I was about to go to the kitchen and I wondered if I could bring you some coffee.”
Captain Camm looked up and said “Good morning Pilot. Thank you very much for the offer. I think I will join you in the kitchen and drink some juice while you have your breakfast. How does that sound?”
Ariana said “I would like that. Thank you sir.”
Camm secured the bridge and they walked down the passageway to the kitchen. Ariana fixed herself a small breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee while Camm fixed his glass of juice.
Ariana nearly spit out her coffee when Camm asked her “How did you sleep on your first night on board?”
She eventually answered “I slept well. It took me a little while to get to sleep though.”
Camm sipped his juice and he asked her “What do you think of our little ship so far?”
Ariana finished her bite of breakfast and said “This is very exciting sir. I can’t wait for our real mission to start.”
Camm said “I am very glad to hear that. We will start our mission in a week after we return tomorrow. You should take some leave and enjoy yourself.”
Ariana said “Thank you sir. I will do that. I will spend some time with some friends from the Academy. Will you have time to play some games of golf?”
Camm smiled and said “I definitely will do that. I am meeting a few friends at a nice course in California. You will get very tired of all my golf stories pretty quickly.”
Ariana said “I honestly don’t know the first thing about golf, but I am looking forward to learning about it from you.”
